Things I am grateful for......

Justin bought this two weeks ago....THANK HEAVENS!!!  It is a water detector.

WET/Dry Shop Vac.....Sooooo much better than towels
Wonderful children that are willing to pitch in and help and only complain when their little backs are tired of bending down. Yet they are still smiling!  (k.bug was at a friends house)
And a helpful pup who tried to drink as fast as she could.....
Last but not least an Amazing husband who after only two hours of sleep and  a 14 hr shift flew out of bed to help his panicked wife save their flooding basement!
To say the least it was an eventful afternoon.
Some blessings I have seen today in spite of a trial....when I did Jedi's party I had to find a couple pictures of him so I had put the box of pictures up on higher ground saved all of our pictures!  Justin built us shelves in our storage room saved our food storage.
I decided not to run that extra errand that I was going to which only gave the rain water 15 minutes instead of 30.
We haven't finished the complete basement and only a few inches of the preschool room got wet.
We had visitors last month so the preschool room is disorganized which saved many many of my reading center books, and games.

Woohoo we are finally Movin' IN!!!!!!!

We are done, I am so excited. It has been a wonderful journey (most of the time). We have LOVED living with my in-laws. That is the only sad part of being done. I will miss my partner in crime. I don't know what I will do when Justin is doin' homework and the kids are in bed. I don't know what I will do on Tuesdays for Biggest Loser! But I can't wait to not drive 4 hours a day for school! Here is a slide of our home.

Jedi's Talent Show.....

Here is Jedi and his friends talent show video they did a great job, it was a ton of fun to watch. The sound is very quiet so turn up your volume. Just kidding I can't get it to load. I will keep trying I promise!
Here is our HOLE! Yes we have one....We will probably have a foundation the first of next week if not sooner. I will go out next week and post more pics. We are getting more neighbors too I can't wait to get out there. It is going to be fantastic.

Can I get a WOOT WOOT!

Yes we have finally signed! YAY! Now you've all known us long enough to know this can't go without a hitch......So the hitch is, we can't build the house we planned on building because it is 10 feet too wide. BOOHOO. We have however found one that we like equally as much, we just have to make some modifications and hopefully in the process we will be able to have all of our children upstairs with us, the preschool room finished and the spare bath downstairs all for the same low price! Yes can I get a WOOT WOOT! Right now I am doin' my happy dance. For the benefit of all I am not posting that.......quit requesting it I know you're dying to see it, but it is for me and me alone......

So to catch up a little while I have the computer hijacked. Kids are doing wonderful we made it through CRTs we are almost to the end of the year I can't wait. It is bitter sweet I must say I will no longer have a Kindergartner which is exciting but sad when I didn't have a preschooler I got a dog...now what......hoping for a few preschoolers.......NO....not mine just on borrow. Let's all cross our fingers that I can get my preschool up and running quick before I have a mental breakdown with no children at home.

K.bug said the funniest thing this morning....I asked her if she would like a mountain bike for her birthday (purely selfish on my part I want a biking partner and my dad and I always rode together and I miss my parents terribly), so she ho hums the idea for a moment, then says, Mom lets just put a pin in it and come back to it! HA HA HA. Not laughing..... then you haven't seen bolt go borrow it from your neighbor.

Jedi also said the funniest thing (can they both be the funniest?) It was field trip day a walking field trip to Smiths;
Me: "I think its gonna rain on us today buddy"
Jedi: "I sure hope so it was DAMN hot yesterday"
Me: (complete shock and trying not to laugh) Uh what?!
Jedi: (very casually) "it was damn hot yesterday"
Me: Uh we don't say Damn unless you are talking about a beaver dam, hoover dam (well that is the extent of my damn knowledge so I had to stop)
Jedi: (a lil' red): oh sorry.
SO FUNNY when it is innocent.

Tornado again the funniest thing;
Jedi: "We had a sub today and it was Mrs. M's son"
Tornado: "does he have the same eyes as her" (she is Japanese)
Jedi: "Yeah"
Tornado: "Was she born in china?"
Jedi: "No from that other country that they look the same"
Tornado: "We was she MADE in china?" (why not everything else is right.)
LOL seriously I have the most hilarious children. I need to relay this to Mrs. M I think she would get a kick out of it.

While I am rambling on I just have to say that we had the most amazing teachers for all three kids this year. I know a few of them read this and I want to say thanks. Our children have thrived in your classrooms this year we can't thank you enough.

Is that your Final Answer???

Yes! Final Answer is.......We are building with Andy. We are thanking our Heavenly Father for guiding us towards Grantsville to Meet Andy and Carol, they are truly amazing people and we have had a wonderful experience getting to know both of them. I know they have had to exercise patience with us to get us to this point, but now they have also had to sacrafice a little and we thank them from the bottom to the tops of our hearts. We are able to build the home we want with the additions we want for the exact price we have set for our budget to feel comfortable. THANK YOU. We hope to start the first part of May. YAY!

Hi Ho Hi Ho home searchin' we go!

Well.....We got our bid on our home a little more than expected which sent us into high gear to see what else is out there. Our incredible Realtor has been trying to get us to see some other properties for a while now, but we just wanted to build with Andy he is such a great guy.

But I looked up some properties and there are really some great deals out there. Out we went. We looked at this oh my gosh beautiful Dani's dream home for the right price....problem it was in Stockton, not the best location for preschool or commuting and it was on a hill, really built up like a temple would be only surrounded by prefab homes. WOW it was so beautiful a full length deck that ran across the back, it looks like a cabin, 4 bedrooms, nice big rec (preschool) room HUGE laundry room, nice walkout basement, gorgeous kitchen. BAD LOCATION!

Next we found an adorable little home in Tooele in a very pretty well taken care of neighborhood, perfect for preschool, perfect for commute, not perfect for bedrooms, only 3 but we could quickly put a fourth in the basement with a preschool room, no biggie. INCREDIBLE PRICE, fully landscaped and fenced RV PARKING! LOVE this house.

INCREDIBLY Priced home was our third. It was cute on the outside nice parking options and garage fully landscaped and fenced, not super fond of the set up, the dining room is in a seperate room, walkout basement 4 bedrooms 2 baths, office in basement (yeah a homework spot for poor justin) really not a bad house, the previous owners have already set up our secret happy plant growing area, so no need to put that in ourselves (LOL kinda Just kidding relax), but it was getting dark and I couldn't see by the light of the flashlight very well.

Then we found another in Grantsville AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH very very beautiful home, good price right now, short sale. Waiting on the BPO's that is how they determine what they will really accept it for. 4 bed large kitchen, large covered patio .6 acres, nice basement easy to put in a preschool room, okay location. No yard in yet, but very doable.

Oh all of these do have central vac, but only the last one has a 3 car garage. All have plenty of room for RV parking. They are all very doable, Justin is leaning toward the last one I am leaning toward the second one and we both decided we should go see the third one in the daylight, it was getting dark.

One day we will have a home of our own again, and it feels like it is getting closer, without sooooo much compromise on what we want to do. I finally slept well last night for the first time since we moved. I think that we are headed in the direction Heavenly Father wants us to be again. There are always next steps aren't there.

House 2 of 3 accomplished!

We made it!!!! We are officially in House 2 of 3. We were able to move out completely yesterday with the help of some loving friends and family.

There were a few very fun moments, one which included our coffee table attacking both Justin and Tyler B. That was so funny I almost peed my pants. Then my brother in law Tyler tried on my bra and wore it outside. It was HOT. Really thank you for all of the help that we received. Now we can look forward to our final move in the next few months.

I think that we will be completely settled here before that happens, maybe....

Just an update

Life is crazy busy these days. When isn't it right! We once again lost the sale on our home, so back to square one again. But hey when life throws you lemons you make lemonade right, only I don't really know if I can add enough sugar to sweeten this one over I am frustrated. :)

So we are back in the market and quite literally living out of boxes, the simple life I guess, less clutter which I love!!!!

We went to an amazing Halloween party this weekend it was so much fun. I got Justin to dress up, Halloween isn't his favorite holiday, as it is mine, but he goes along and ended up having a really great time.

He was Neil Diamond (K.bug and I bedazzled him a shirt and found him some big hair) I was Dolly Pardon ( I stuffed my already prestuffed self and he found me a blond wig), K.bug has grown out of the cute stage and now is into scarey icky costumes she is a dead bride, Jedi is still addicted to Star Wars so he is Boba Fett, Braeda is a sparkle fairy or Butterfly fairy whichever she decides for the night. ... Here are some pics we had such a great time. We carved pumpkins and K.bug won for the night she was so excited.

side note: So we found out how much our neighbors loved us because they came dressed as Justin and I it was sooooooooooooooo stinkin' funny. They are so creative, I loved it!

Somethin' 4 Nothin'

What in the world. Ya know this is going to be a venting post. Sorry. Really why do people want a mansion for nothing. We have our house priced pretty low yet people still want to take it down 10,000 dollars????!!!! Seriously. Okay we turned down 2 offers today and now we are going to bump UP the price. Yes I said up that way if they want to go down we can say okay!

What a crazy couple of days. We will see what this weekend brings. The thing these buyers don't realize is we don't HAVE to move we WANT to move, so we will keep saying no until it is right I guess. :)

Hope ya all have a great week.
