Jedi and B have been beatin' the heck out of each other lately, with our permission of course!
For Karate of course :) This weekend they had their review for the next level. I always get nervous when these come around because well they are tough! This time they had to prove that they were ready for their staff { a 5 ft wooden pole to put holes in our walls LOL}
As you all know B practiced her skills on the treadmill and lost but she wasn't going to miss her review so we took her to class and her Sensei said she could do it, he would just make sure she didn't get thrown this time and she didn't get to participate in attacks.
They both did well, they were nervous and didn't hold their ground real well against some of the attacks but that's okay because they are still white belts and they are still learning. With this stripe they earned this time it will get more intense and they will get even better.
We are very proud of their diligence, they don't complain about practicing every night and they don't complain about having to go to class they both love it. They are however starting to get after each other when they do it wrong so we will see how much longer they can last in class together!

B was in bed by 7 o'clock that night she was one tuckered out girl it isn't easy fighting with one hand!
At one point during their review they had to fight against 3 different attackers they would attack every 5 seconds whether or not you had beat off the last one.
So they deserved a tired night.
