A day in the life of K.bug

Ladies first right.... Well today I give you a day with K.bug.

So a day with K.bug usually starts out with me pullin' the blankets off for the third time and threatening with a glass of water, or a go to school in her pj's with bed head. She LOVES her sleep. But lately her little brother has sought out her comfort when he gets scared in his room, and she shares her bed, which lands her extremely unwilling to wake up on time.

She adjusts her bag to make everything fit just right and checks her school planner to make sure I really did sign it for the fourth time. She gets herself all ready to go usually finishing by making sure her shoes are just right, I think this is the most time consuming part of her getting ready, she has always been very particular about how her shoes are tied or sitting on her feet.

She usually comes home from school so full of stories that it is hard to take a breath. So she usually helps me with dinner so that she can unload all of the new information she took in at school today weather it be learning or just friendship and boy drama and fun (yeah I said boy from the time she was 5 she has had them following her and givin' her gifts we will just lock her up soon.) LOL. This usually continues through dinner in between chewing.

Then it is off to create some sort of craft or play with friends. K.bug is a very sweet and loving girl. She often creates things for her friends or somebody in our ward that is ill, or somebody that may just need a pick me up. As an example she has her own flower bed, which has a rose bush, one day she got on her bike and delivered 6-7 roses to different people in the ward just to make them smile.

She loves to tease, so she is often hiding things or doing silly things to her siblings or us, she usually takes it back pretty well so no harm no foul most of the time.

K.bug is a blast to have in our family, we are so proud of her and who she is becoming.
