Well hey we are back at square one. We were a week from closing and the poor buyers found out their Mortgage Lender was lying to them the whole time and they can't buy a house right now. They even had a preapproval letter! HOW SAD!! We have other options, but they really got their hopes up and now they can't do anything.
No wonder the mortgage industry is in such distress right now. There are lenders out there that will do anything for a buck. I am glad they didn't get into it and have to foreclose that would have been awful.
So we are showing again.
The downfall, I have packed soooooo much! Our entire Living room in the basement is wall to wall boxes. This is not so fun.
The upside. We have decided on some house plans and are soooooooooooooooo excited. Hopefully this will sell fairly quickly we hope to at least pour foundation by the end of November if not it will be March.

I'm sorry to hear about the house stuff. I guess the great thing is that a lot of your stuff IS packed and now you don't have to worry about packing that stuff :)
