Softball

Its softball season again!  I blogged about our recent disappointment for K.bug when she couldn't play on Toxic this year due to traveling and expenses.  The good news is they have been calling her for a pick up player.  She has had so much fun. 
This weekend she filled in for a tournament, it was a long day but it was worth the sunburn and sore behinds to watch her have fun and play.  Jedi and B didn't complain once even though we were there for 10 hours.  Such great kids.
K.bug sure has come a long way from last year.  It usually takes her an inning to shake off her nerves when it comes to batting but then she can make contact. 
We have been at one field or another about 5 days per week for the last few weeks.  But she loves it so it is okay.
 Her Rec team doesn't start games until next Tuesday then she won't be able to play for Toxic unless it is a weekend.
Here are a few pics from the tournament they played this last weekend for Easter.  They played 6 games in all.
